How do I login for the first time?
Click here to login or create a new account. If you wish to make purchases using your line of credit online, make sure the email used to create your online account matches the one we have on file for billing purposes.
How do I connect my online account to my existing credit line?
To connect your two accounts, the email used to create your online account must match the billing email that we have on file. To connect your existing credit line to your online account, call us at 888-757-9577 to complete your online account setup.
How do I change my password?
Changing your password is simple. Log in to the website, using your current username/email and password. Then under the Account Details tab, enter your current and new password.
What if I forgot my password?
On the login page, click the “Lost your password?” button. Then enter your username or email in the text field and click the “Reset Password” button. Then an email will be sent to your registered email account with a link to reset your pawsword.
How do I place an order?
Online: Aquafix is proud to offer safe and secure online ordering. Simply add your desired products to your cart and check out either as a guest or login to your account.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For online orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Net 30 credit.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 11 am CDT Monday-Friday are shipped out the same day. Any orders placed after 11 am CDT Monday-Friday will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.
These shipping timelines are subject to change based on the shipping carrier’s schedule.
When will I receive my order?
At checkout, Aquafix offers a variety of shipping options ranging from next-day priority shipping to standard ground shipping. Freight shipping can take up to 3 days to ship, depending on order size. To check the shipping status of your order, use the tracking information provided to you in your order shipment confirmation email. Aquafix unfortunately does not have access to more detailed information.
Where is my order?
Shipments can be delayed for a variety of different reasons, i.e. weather, holidays, traffic, etc. To check the shipping status of your order, use the tracking information provided to you in your order shipment confirmation email. My order was damaged upon arrival. What do I do?
If your order was damaged in shipment please take photos/videos of the package and contact us immediately. We will follow up with the shipping carrier to have the incident reported. We will work to send out a replacement product or issue a refund if required.
Can I change or cancel and order I placed online?
Orders placed online before 11 am are processed and shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 11 am are typically processed and shipped the following day. If there is a change to your order, call us at 888.757.9577 as soon as possible so we are able to make the correction before the order is shipped.
We can only make changes to shipping addresses and shipping types on online orders. If you wish to add items to your order, you must place a new order.
Will your products work on my home septic/sewer system?
Our products are formulated for industrial and municipal use only. Because of the high concentration of our products, they are not designed for residential use at this time.
What is the shelf life for your products?
Our products can typically last up to 2 years, if stored properly. For product specific shelf life information, please refer to the product’s sell sheet.
