Graphic Design Specialist

Job Location: Madison, WI

Employment Term: Regular

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt: 40-45 hours per week Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm Central Time

Responsibilities The Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible producing graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, videos, webinars, educational events, tradeshows, and instructional material using a variety of Adobe programs. This position will also contribute to creation of marketing content and strategy.

Primary Graphic Design Functions
• Create a variety of promotional materials such as product labels, product flyers, newsletters, educational posters, etc.
• Generate and manipulate graphic images and animations
• Analyze data to produce meaningful infographics and case history flyers

• Assist in the production of webinar and product videos
• Assist with photography as needed

Secondary Functions – General Office
• Answering phones
• Taking customer orders and preparing orders for production
• Coordinate shipping for completed customer orders.

• Preparing catalogs and miscellaneous items for mailing as requested from customers
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, market research or a similar field, such as math, statistics or computer science
• Portfolio of past work required
• 2+ years of experience with Adobe software programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, etc
• Intermediate computer skills required, experience with MailChimp and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email a plus

Responsibilities
The Website Design Specialist is a new position to Aquafix, Inc. We are looking for someone who has the skills and desire to really make this position their own. The ideal candidate will use html, WordPress, and everything else in their toolbelt to make our websites great! They be responsible for website maintenance, creating new pages, and improving our SEO practices. This position will also be responsible for researching web hosting and performance practices and will be expected to make recommendations for improving current website performance. We encourage out of the box thinking.

• Create new webpages using WordPress, html, and other skills they have

Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Office Administrator to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures.
A successful Office Administrator should have basic accounting skills, experience with a variety of software programs (QuickBooks Desktop, Outlook 365, Excel, and CRMs), and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. The ideal person for this job will be able to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals and will be able to engage employees across the company and promote social events.

This position will report the to Director of Business Development and will focus primarily on office tasks and procedures and less on management of others.

Responsibilities:
• Perform a variety of tasks including repetitive and non-repetitive production
     • Blend and package liquid and powdered products
     • Package and palletize orders
     • Perform basic cleaning in production area and warehouse
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
• Set up and operate production equipment in accordance standard operating procedures.
• Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow simple instructions, safety requirements, and short correspondence.
