Responsibilities
The Website and Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for website maintenance, creating new pages, and improving our SEO practices. This position will also be responsible for producing graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, videos, webinars, educational events, tradeshows, and instructional material using a variety of Adobe programs.

Primary Website Content and Graphic Design Functions
• Create new webpages
• Participate in website content strategy to enhance discoverability
• Participate in website analytics review and make recommendation to improve content and user engagement
• Create a variety of promotional materials such as product labels, product flyers, newsletters, educational posters, etc.
• Generate and manipulate graphic images and animations
• Analyze data to produce meaningful infographics and case history flyers
• Assist in the production of webinar and product videos
• Assist with photography as needed

Secondary Functions – General Office
• Answering phones
• Taking customer orders and preparing orders for production
• Coordinate shipping for completed customer orders.
• Assist with data entry as needed
• Preparing catalogs and miscellaneous items for mailing as requested from customers
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, market research or a similar field, such as math, statistics or computer science
• Experience with HTML, SEO, and WordPress
• 2+ years of experience with Adobe software programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, etc
• Intermediate computer skills required, experience with MailChimp and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email a plus

• Self-motivated with strengths in time management, organization and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Position requires long periods of sitting, occasionally lifting up to 35 pounds short distances. Position also requires occasional bending, twisting, and reaching.

Production Team Member

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The current position is for a production team member that will be responsible for blending and packaging liquid and powdered products, running errands, making deliveries, and other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Perform a variety of tasks including repetitive and non-repetitive production
• Blend and package liquid and powdered products
• Package and palletize orders
• Perform basic cleaning in production area and warehouse
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
• Set up and operate production equipment in accordance standard operating procedures.
• Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality
• Plan and lay out work to meet production and schedule requirements.
• Start up and shut down processing equipment
• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST be dependable and ORGANIZED
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow simple instructions, safety requirements, and short correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but involved written or oral instructions.
• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers. Ability to perform these operations using units of weight and volume measurement.
• Ability to read a scale in grams, ounces, and pounds. Must be able to convert from one unit to another.
• Must have a valid Class D driver’s license. Candidate must know how to, and be comfortable, driving a manual vehicle and a commercial van as errands will be made in both vehicles.

Executive Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Aquafix, Inc. is looking for an Executive Assistant for our Naturalake Biosciences division who can provide exceptional support and service to customers and the Naturalake sales team. You will work directly with the Vice President of Naturalake Biosciences and be responsible for assisting with customer communications, making travel arrangements and preparing customer orders for production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
• Answer inbound calls and emails
• Respond to customer inquires
• Inform customers of promotions and new products
• Communicate delivery window and any order delays or issues to customer promptly
• Work with customers to resolve issues or requests and escalate when necessary
• Update and maintain customer records in CRM
• Prepare and send customer proposals
• Accurately prepare orders for production
• Work with the production department to ensure accurate and timely shipments
• Schedule travel arrangements for the VP of Naturalake Biosciences
• Assist in the planning of company events and presentations
• Ability to travel 2-3 times per year for industry related events
• All other projects as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Highly organized
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Customer oriented and able to respond to different types of characters
• Proven customer support experience (1-3 years)
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
