Product Info
Collection system operators have trusted this product for years. VitaStim Grease has been one of our most commonly used lift station products.
VitaStim Grease is particularly effective in anaerobic systems when paired with Ana-Zyme G. The catalysts in Ana-Zyme G break fatty acids into short chains, where they are consumed by the bacteria in VitaStim Grease.

Case Studies
VitaStim Grease – Fatty Acid Case Study Rendering Facility
Challenge
A wastewater plant at a rendering facility has very challenging nitrogen and phosphorous compliance limits. Depending on the temperature, and how many chickens they get in, ammonia levels can be 1200-2500 mg/L and BOD 9000-20000 mg/L.
Solution
When they get hit with nitrifier-killing toxicity, they restart with our Dynamic Duo. They used VitaStim Grease to chew up extra grease.
Results
VitaStim Dynamic Duo brought the ammonia back down fast to the compliance limit of 3 ppm or less. See Graph in new window.

We have used this product in our sanitary wet wells for years. With the correct, consistent dosage, grease in the pits is kept noticeably to a minimum, and also makes the annual cleaning of the wells a quicker, simpler job.
